Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch, original box, and all warranty cards inside a secure shipping carton to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
